Handcrafted boards take time — but they’re worth the wait.

Every Holmen snowboard is built in small batches in our Norwegian workshop. That means each board you order is handled, pressed, and finished by hand — not pulled from a warehouse shelf.

We take pride in delivering quality over speed, ensuring that every board leaving our workshop meets the highest standard.


Production & Lead Time

For custom or made-to-order boards, production time is typically 2–6 weeks, depending on season and capacity.

You’ll receive an estimated delivery date when placing your order — and we’ll keep you updated if anything changes.


Shipping & Delivery

We ship domestically across Norway and internationally to most countries in Europe.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Norway: 2–5 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

If you live outside Europe, please contact shipping@holmensnowboards.com for a quote and estimated delivery time.


Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.
If you haven’t received tracking within 5 business days, contact us at support@holmensnowboards.com and we’ll check the status for you.


Packaging

All Holmen snowboards are shipped in reinforced, eco-friendly packaging, designed to protect your board from impacts, moisture, and rough handling during transport. We test our packaging in real conditions to make sure it holds up.


Damaged Shipment

If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us right away at support@holmensnowboards.com.
Include clear photos of:

  • The damaged packaging

  • The board itself

  • The shipping label

We’ll handle the claim with the carrier and make sure you receive a replacement or repair as quickly as possible.


Returns

You have a 14-day return policy from the day you receive your order. Returned items must be unused, unmounted, and in their original packaging. To arrange a return, send us an email before shipping your board back — we’ll guide you through the process.
