Every Holmen snowboard is custom-made for the person who orders it. Each board is built by hand in our Norwegian workshop — shaped, pressed, and finished specifically for the rider’s preferences.

Because of this, each board is unique, and we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once production has started, unless the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.

Production times vary depending on season and workload.
When you place an order, we’ll provide an estimated completion and delivery date.

If we are unable to fulfill your order due to material availability or other production issues, we will contact you immediately to discuss options or issue a full refund before production begins.

All prices are listed in NOK and include VAT where applicable.
Payment is processed securely through our approved payment providers (e.g., credit card or Vipps).
Because every board is made to order, full payment is required before production begins.

We reserve the right to adjust prices due to changes in material costs, exchange rates, or obvious misprints.

We ship within Norway and to most European countries.
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

Holmen Snowboards is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or the carrier after the product leaves our workshop.

All Holmen snowboards come with a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing and material defects under normal use.

Because production begins shortly after your order is placed, cancellations must be requested within 48 hours of purchase. After that, materials are allocated, and the production process begins — making cancellation or refund no longer possible.

Holmen Snowboards is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from product use.
Snowboarding involves inherent risks — always ride responsibly and use appropriate safety gear.

We respect your privacy and handle personal data in accordance with GDPR. We only store information necessary to process and deliver your order.

These terms are governed by Norwegian law.
Any disputes will be handled by Norwegian courts, with Oslo District Court (Oslo tingrett) as the agreed venue.
