Every Holmen snowboard is made to endure years of riding — but if something goes wrong, we’ll make it right. Our boards are handcrafted with precision, tested in real mountain conditions, and built to last.

All Holmen snowboards come with a 2-year limited warranty that covers material and manufacturing defects under normal use.

What the warranty covers

  • Structural or material defects in the board

  • Delamination or core failures not caused by impact

  • Manufacturing faults in assembly or materials

What the warranty doesn’t cover

  • Damage from impacts, rails, rocks, or misuse

  • Normal wear and tear (base scratches, edge dulling, etc.)

  • Modifications, third-party repairs, or neglect

Repairs

Our workshop offers in-house repairs for most types of damage — including base work, edge replacement, and delamination fixes. We treat repairs with the same care and precision as new boards, because we know how important it is to keep a good board alive.

How to submit a claim or repair request

Please email service@holmensnowboards.com with:

  • Photos of the damage

  • A short description of what happened

  • Purchase receipt or board serial number

We’ll review your case and get back to you with next steps and an honest assessment — whether it’s a repair, replacement, or something we can guide you through yourself.
